Hunter-V-Tec apprentices and trainees were recognised for excellence in their vocation at the recent HRATA awards.
The Hunter Region awards are conducted annually to reward and promote vocational education and training (VET) excellence in our region.
The winners were:
- Matthew Keith - Apprentice of the Year 2009 Electrical (Mechanic) - (Electrotechnology Systems Electrician) Certificate III
- Timothy Clark - Apprentice of the Year 2009 Engineering (Mechanical) Certificate III
- Timothy Clark - Excellence in Trade Skills (Mechanical)
- Vaughn Jones - Trainee of the Year 2009 Information Technology (Support) Certificate IV
- Natasha Harris - Trainee of the Year 2009 Business Certificate IV
